Photonix operates as a solutions provider and systems integrator, working with third-party Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), vendors, and service providers across Australia and internationally. Our role is to support organisations in planning, designing, supplying, and implementing suitable infrastructure solutions based on their requirements.

Services

Photonix provides advisory, engineering, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, training, and support services. This includes assisting clients with technology selection, supplying and integrating equipment from our technology partners, and supporting infrastructure planning and deployment.

The products and services Photonix supplies for a project are those set out in the relevant quotation, proposal, or agreement. Many of the products referenced on this website are manufactured by independent third parties and are supplied and integrated by Photonix as part of a project.

Third-Party Services

Third-party products are manufactured by OEMs or vendors. While Photonix works with reputable partners, the performance and delivery timelines of third-party products depend on those manufacturers, and we do not guarantee them except as set out in a written agreement with Photonix.

Where Photonix supplies third-party products as part of a project, the warranties and obligations that apply are those set out in the written agreement for that project, together with any warranty given by the manufacturer.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website in a lawful and appropriate manner. You must not attempt to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, or gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or services.

Photonix reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse, breach of terms, or suspicious activity is identified.

Commercial Terms

Engagements with Photonix may be governed by separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work. Depending on the nature of the project, Photonix may supply and deliver the complete solution, or provide advisory, engineering, or coordination support alongside other suppliers.

Any service fees or commercial terms will be clearly communicated prior to formal engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Photonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, or from reliance on third-party products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, revenue, data, or operational disruptions.
